So, The Codex Alera Series.

SO AMAZING!

i am requireing all of my blog readers to head over to the nearest book store or library and get the first book, "Furies of Calderon"

so so good.

yes, its a fantasy book

and the magic is super cool

ahhh

im in love

but, the books dont have a map in them...which SUCKS. because there is a ton of stuff that you need a map for, and its hard to keep track of things without one. so, i googled for a map and found this dude on flickr who made all these maps


i could kiss him.

ok, no i couldent, but i was just overjoyed to have a map! so i am sharing it with you.

so, again, go NOW to get Furies of Calderon.

and just ignore the cover of the book, i thought it was cool-ish, but after reading the book, what is depicted on the cover of the book never actually happens, and even if it did its a small part of the book....

and if you are still reading this, i am mad at you because you havent left yet to go get the book....
